b. Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Town of Athol, 584 Main Street, Athol, MA 01331 for a project proposing to restore public and municipal access to the South Athol Conservation Area. Installation of a beaver control device in stream crossing of the only access point for this 100-acre tract. The work will entail the removing of debris blocking the free flow of water into South Athol Pond from perennial stream which is now flooding the roadway and preventing access. d.
