B) Request by V&J Real Estate for Extension on the required 3-year completion timeline of the Patel Private Drive Definitive Subdivision Construction for an additional 3 years (Definitive Plan Approved on April 6, 2023)
C) Zoning Bylaw Amendment Warrant Articles for Submission on the June 8, 2026 Town Meeting Warrant: ADU Zoning Bylaw Amendments to address the MA Attorney General’s issues and b) new Rooming House definition

VI. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (May 6, 2026) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
