Also, proposing to clean up the riverbank area of dead tree branches and limbs so the river can flow properly at property at 1371 South Athol, Athol, MA 01331, Assessors Map 0, Lot 19_23.
b. Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Nicholas Zanga, 580 King Road, Athol, MA 01331 for a project proposing the construction of a new home due to tree damage at 580 King Road, Athol, MA Latitude 42.55338, Longitude -72.27148.

d. Notice of Intent submitted by Pete Lyman, 81 Wellesley Street, Athol, MA for a project proposing the construction of a bridge over an intermittent stream. The bridge will be placed on concrete blocks as the bridge abutments. The bridge crossing exceeds the stream crossing standards at 81 Wellesley Street, Athol, MA 01331, Assessors Map 25, Lot 65.
