5. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing – Hearing on the appeal of Peter K. Lyman, for property owned by Peter K. Lyman, Trustee of Pleasant Valley Land Trust of 81 Wellesley St. Athol, MA 01331, for property located at 81 Wellesley St., Athol, MA 01331 (Map 25 Lot 65).

Peter K. Lyman is seeking a modification to an existing Special Permit to open a new 6 to 7 acre area for earth removal in the RC Zoning District. The appeal is taken under Article II, Section 2.3 Use Regulation Schedule - Athol Zoning Bylaws.
