C. Discussions on Data Centers, including review of draft Data Centers Moratorium Town Meeting Warrant Article
D. Discussions on potential zoning bylaw amendments for water resource regulatory considerations and on the maximum size of any single Battery Energy Storage System project (discussion continued from July 1, 2026)
E. Discussion on revisiting consideration of First Floor Commercial Space Square-Footage Minimum Size Requirement (discussion continued from July 1, 2026)

IV. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (September 2, 2026) discussed: public hearings for any new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion.
