B. Appointment of BPCD Representative to the Private Road Bylaw Review Committee.
C. Discussion of need for new BPCD Meeting Recording Secretary
D. Review and Discussion of Accessory Agriculture provisions in the General Commercial (G) Zoning District; currently accessory agriculture is not allowed in the G Zoning District.
E. Discussions on potential zoning bylaw amendments for water resource regulatory considerations and on the maximum size of any single Battery Energy Storage System project (please note that no new activity or information is available ahead of this meeting from the Board’s last discussion on February 4, 2026)
F. Discussion on revisiting consideration of First Floor Commercial Space Square-Footage Minimum Size Requirement (the matter was last discussed at the February 4, 2026 BPCD meeting)

IV. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (August 5, 2026) discussed: public hearings for any new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion (including Battery Energy Storage Systems and First Floor Commercial Space Square-Footage Minimum Size). Board discussion on potential alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
