XIV. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(a)(2) to conduct strategy sessions in
preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel, long-term substitute teacher, and/or to conduct.contract negotiations with nonunion personnel, long-term substitute teacher, and to reconvene in open session thereafter.

M.G.L. c. 30A s. 21(a)(3): To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares (arbitration).

XV.RECONVENE OPEN SESSION
Upon returning from the executive session, the committee will take a vote on contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.
