II. Approval of April 1, 2026 Meeting Minutes

III. 7:10PM Public Hearing, Major Site Plan Review application for Whipps, Inc. for a proposed new 31,850 square foot building for property located at 446 South Athol Road (Parcel #024-060).

IV. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (June 3, 2026) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and zoning bylaw amendments plus other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).

C) Discussion on the status of the Licensed Marijuana Establishments and Marijuana Zoning
D) BPCD Members Signatures for the Worcester District Registry of Deeds

VI. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (June 3, 2026) discussed: public hearings for zoning bylaw amendments for the June 8th Annual Town Meeting & any new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion (including Battery Energy Storage Systems and First Floor Commercial Space Square-Footage Minimum Size). Board discussion on potential alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
