a. Discussion with Paul Roche for potential subdivision process for an approval of a buildable lot that does not meet the Athol Zoning Bylaw frontage in the R-C District, for property located at 818 Carpenter Road (Map 52 Parcel 30)
b. Chapter 61 land, Susan E. Mondi Sykes, property off of Conant Road (Map 55 Parcel 100 and a portion of Map 55 Parcel 31), review of request to remove 39.88 acres of land from Chapter 61 status
c. MJTC BPCD Appointment for FY 2023
d. Continued discussion of potential 2022 Zoning Bylaw Amendments and Work Plan

Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, August 3, 2022) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications plus other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential for alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
