C. Status of Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECDBG) Grant Project to further Town Hall Decarbonization Project (grant awarded October 15, 2024)

D. Discussion on potential Fall 2026 Green Communities Grant Application Projects.

E. Discussion/Update on other Municipal EV-related projects; both EV Charging Stations and EV Purchasing Status.

F. Municipal Aggregation Status Update
