Cable License Negotiations with Charter Communications (Spectrum), including an update from and discussion with the Town’s Special Counsel and negotiations with Charter’s Director of Government Affairs who will participate remotely. License renewal issues will and/or may include, but are not limited to: (i) PEG Access operating and capital funding; (ii) PEG Access Channels, number and signal quality, including High Definition format; (iii) the Electronic Program Guide for PEG Access Channels; (iv) the availability and provision of Cable Service to Town residents, including customer service; (v) public way related issues; (vi) cable company reporting and (vi) legal protections, remedies and obligations.
