 Residents are reminded that they are welcome to attend the Town Manager Screening Committee meetings. Their next meeting is July 30, 2025 at 3pm at the Dalton Senior Center.
 The Dalton Cemetery Trustees will hold two informational sessions regarding Green Burials at Ashuelot Cemetery. The sessions will not only be to explain Green Burials and answer questions, but to receive suggestions from residents. Both sessions will be at the Dalton Senior Center, 40 Field St. Ext. The first session will be Tuesday, September 16, 2025, 1:30pm to 2:30pm. The second session will be Thursday, September 18, 2025, 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
 The Town is seeking volunteers, including for its Cultural Council, responsible for reviewing arts and culture grant proposals and approving projects. For other volunteer opportunities, please visit the Town’s web site.
 The Town of Dalton currently has the following employment opportunities: COA Van Driver, Library Page, Motor Equipment Operator, Town Accountant, and Town Manager. Please visit the Town website or contact the Town Manager’s Office for more information.
