1. Call to Order

2. Approve Minutes of June 25, 2026 meeting

3. Review and, if possible, approve the Capital Project Request and Capital Equipment Request Forms
Goals: Form should cover all the needed individual project information the the CPC will need to create a plan and the Capital Planning Policy requires the CPC to have in the final 5-year CIP.
Distribute approved request forms to departments, committees and boards

4. Review Collins Center proposal for support developing Dalton’s 5-year plan
a. Review timeline noted in Collins Center proposal
b. Review overall timeline included in packet
c. Consider CPC’s approach to creating CIP with and without Compact Grant

5. Asset and Facility Inventory (from DLS Capital Process Manual)

6. Waterworth – Sewer and Stormwater infrastructure capital planning tool

7. New Business
a. Additional concerns not anticipated prior to 48 hours before the meeting

8. Next Meeting: August 27, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Senior Center
