• Water Rate Study by Waterworth. I have been talking to this company that does Water Rate Analysis. They also have contracts with Williamstown and Lee. Their software considers our Infrastructure age, potential projects, material of water mains, debt, and inflation to calculate what the water rate increases should be for each year taking into consideration the economy. I believe that this product will be useful in justifying rate increases. The data and graphs will help in showing the residents of Dalton why there is a need for rate increases. The cost of this software is $7200.00
