 The Public Address to the Board segment will last no longer than 30 minutes. Each individual will be given 3 minutes. Please make your comments concise and try not to repeat statements made by others.

a. Housing Issues:
i. 96 Anthony Road – Condemnation to be lifted once reinspected by BOH.
ii. 727/729 Old Windsor Road – Submitted to AG Office
iii. 27 Mountainview Terrace – AG office scheduled court date for hearing, receiver has backed out and AG looking for new receiver.
iv. 5 Field Street – Submitted to AG Office
v. 59 East Street – Owner has decided to reno the building and will update the board accordingly.
vi. 107 Curtis Street – Asbestos report received.
vii. 1190 North Street – An extension was granted.
viii. 56 Hubbard Ave – Unable to reinspect per current correction order conditions, cannot gain access after several notices sent. Town Counsel assistance requested.
ix. 18 Mitchell Place- Complaint of unsanitary conditions, several notices sent. Town Counsel assistance requested.
x. 77 High Street – second request to inspect sent.
