i. 96 Anthony Road – Condemnation to be lifted once reinspected by BOH. Records request of condemnation orders filed with office and submitted.
ii. 727/729 Old Windsor Road – Submitted to AG Office.
iii. 27 Mountainview Terrace – 3/11/26 court date w/AG representation - Receiver to be appointed once conditions met at.
iv. 5 Field Street – Submitted to AG Office.
v. 59 East Street – House to be renovated and will update the board accordingly.
vi. 107 Curtis Street – Asbestos report received.
vii. 1190 North Street – An extension was granted, update needed for April meeting.
viii. 56 Hubbard Ave – Town Counsel assistance requested.
