This is the time when the public may address the Board on any item listed on the meeting agenda or on any issue or matter of the Fire District.

Fire/Ambulance
• Run reports summary
 Fire
• EMS
• Apparatus updates
• Ladder truck outfitting nearly complete. Radios, lights, tools, etc have been installed.
• Training and sign off program has been implemented and has begun being carried out. Expect to have truck in service in coming weeks.
• Engine 2 planned to be rotated into reserve/pumper service, and equipment utilized for ladder outfitting. Run cards and response protocols will be updated accordingly
• Annual hose testing completed. No major issues to report.
• Personnel updates
• Loss of one expected paramedic, will be actively recruiting
• Promotion of Troy Baroli to training Captain. Capt. Baroli brings extensive professional certification, experience, and professionalism to the dept and has already begun implementing new training plans.
• 3 FF’s graduating from MA Fire Academy on the 1st
• Building committee updates
• MissionCIT has been quiet. Checked in with them recently to inquire status of our needs assessment, they state they got a bit backed up with AFG grant services and would be resuming work on our assessment this week (week of 22nd). Confirmed they do not require anything additional at this time and we’re still on schedule.
• Acceptance of SOP’s

• East Housatonic St Bridge Repair.
• Tighe & Bond SCADA
• New Antennas for Washington Mntn Rd PS & Gov’t Mill
• Raymond Dr Corp to Curb
• Paved Raymond Dr., Driveway Sealed., Lawn repaired.
• Hydrant Flushing Done
• Digsafe Mark outs
• Fire hydrant repair at the end of Riverview, Park Ave. at Park circle and Carson at high.
• Repaired Lawn that was washed out during hydrant flushing.
• Dam inspections Done
• CCR completed and delivered
• Water was turned on at 11 Eleanor Rd., 235 North St., 69 Elmore Dr. and 15 Judith Dr.
• North St. Pump House.
• Neenah Fire Flow Test.
• 59 Kirchner Rd water leak.
• Bobcat Repair.
• Summer Help Starting Monday.
• Trailer set up for Hydrant painting.
