WPA Request for Determination (RDA) 146-150 North St., Map 110 Lot 086 – submitted by Weston Pond Condominium, for the proposed Vista pruning and landscape improvements within the buffer zone of Weston Pond.

WPA Request for Determination (RDA) Route 8 – submitted by MASS DOT for the resurfacing and associated improvements to a 1.5 mile along the riverfront of the Housatonic River.

WPA Emergency Certification - Holiday Farm – for the breaching of a downed tree dam Wahconah Falls Brook.

• Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, Deadlines for submittals are the last Tuesday of the month, Site Visits are scheduled for the second Thursday of the Month. Applicants are advised to check with the Commission for schedule changes. The list of matters are those reasonably anticipated by the Commission which may be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
