WPA RDA – 126 Reservoir Rd Map 102 Lot 009 – submitted by Callahan for the associated work to install new electric to existing home within the riparian of a perennial stream.

WPA RDA – Route 8 – submitted by MassDOT for the resurface from Mile Marker 40.75 to 42.80 within Buffer Zone (BZ), Riverfront (RFA), and Bordering Land subject to Flooding (BLSF).

SMA COC – 695 Grange Hall Rd. – Map 228 Lot 016.2 – request by Patti for Certificate of Compliance Scenic Mountain Order #140-SM20210727.
