Pursuant to M.G.L. Chap.131, Section 39A & 40, the MA Wetlands Protection Act & Berkshire Scenic Mt. Act, and Dalton Zoning Bylaw Chap.340, the Dalton Conservation Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing/meeting on Tuesday August 18 at 7pm at the Dalton Senior Center and virtually by Zoom to act on the following:
WPA RDA – Pomeroy Manor – East Deming St. submitted by Dalton Housing Authority for the proposed replacement of existing asphalt driveway/parking area including associated work within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding (BLSF). Instructions to attend the meeting can be found at Dalton-ma.gov.
