5. Public Address to the Board:
This is the time when the public may address the board on any item listed on the meeting agenda or on any issue or matter of the town. For all public commentary, the board may limit the public address segment to 30 minutes. Additionally, each individual may be limited to 3 minutes. When addressing the board, we ask that you do the following:
 Please raise your hand to be recognized by the Board chair
 Please step up to the microphone at the podium to speak
 Please identify yourself by name, address or the company or institution you represent
 Please address your comments to the Board chair
 Please make your comments concise and try not to repeat statements made by others
 Discussion or debate on any issue will not take place during the initial public address
 The Chair or their designee may answer procedural questions at this time
 If you wish to speak during a particular agenda item later in the meeting, as a courtesy please request during the public address portion the right to speak later. That way if the Board chooses not to grant you the right to speak later you have the opportunity during the public address portion.
In order to engage the public the Select Board will also allow limited public comments later on in the meeting on particular agenda items.

 Resident request for sewer abatement pertaining to 274 Old Windsor Road
 Review and approve sewer abatement pertaining to 450 W Housatonic Street

8. Open as Licensing Board
 Review application of Riverside Public House, LLC and schedule public hearing
 Approve letter to Go LLC regarding livery license
 Review and approved proposed One-Day Liquor License Application
