The Dalton Police Department is reminding the citizens of Dalton of the winter parking ban, which goes into effect November 15, 2024 and will be in effect till April 15, 2025, between the hours of 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. During this time there will be no parking allowed on the streets.
There are numerous committees and boards with vacancies, including the Dalton Housing Authority. If you are interested in the Dalton Housing Authority, please call Sue Gregory at 684-2493. For the other vacancies, please see the Town website for more information, or reach out to the Town Manager’s Office.
The Town has contracted with Colonial Power to provide an electricity plan for town residents, which has resulted in prices lower than current Eversource prices. For more detail or to opt out or in, visit the Town’s website or call the Town Manager’s Office.

19. Next Meeting: The next regular Select Board meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Senior Center, with an option for remote participation.
