For Reason #7: To comply with or act under the authority of any general law (MGL Ch 59 §60) which keeps applicant information confidential: Motor Vehicle Exemption and Abatement Applications, and to reconvene in open session at the end of the Executive Session in order to accept any votes taken in Executive Session.
