Appointment of Town Clerk position

Vote to lift the state of emergency and restore public access to the Lake Wyola Dam.

Review/sign Dry Hydrant License Agreement outlining usage of McAvoy Pond by Shutesbury specifically for water for firefighting.

Review and sign (2) Kestrel Land Trust conservation restrictions. (1) for Brown (Montague Rd), and (2) for former Cowls land on Poverty Mountain.

Public Comment: Lake Wyola and the Lake Wyola Advisory Committee.

Joint meeting and discussion with the current Ad-hoc Lake Wyola Advisory Committee. (To discuss disbandment of an ad-hoc committee to a permanent committee. Proposed permanent committee Charge)
