Hybrid Meeting Notice: This meeting will be held in a hybrid format. The public is
welcome to attend in person at the Shutesbury Public Library in the small study or remotely via the access
link below.
In the event of an unresolvable technical failure, power outage, or other
extenuating circumstances that disrupt remote access, the meeting will
immediately recess. If a stable connection cannot be restored within 10
minutes, the meeting will be officially adjourned and rescheduled to a later
date to ensure full public access.
