9. NEW BUSINESS – votes may be required
• FY25 Budget Transfer Request to close the year – a vote will be required
Motion to authorize the Interim Business Manager to make transfers necessary to close the Fiscal Year 2025 budget
• Authorization to Borrow in Anticipation of Funds FY26 – a vote will be required
Motion to authorize the Quabbin Regional School District Treasurer, acting under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 71 § 16(g) as amended by Chapter 13 § 4 of the Acts of 1972, and with the approval of the Chairman of the District Committee to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of revenue, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025 and to issue a note or notes therefore, payable within one year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given, for a period of less than one year, in accordance with G.L. Ch. 44 § 17.
• Request for approval – Trip to Costa Rica and Panama in Spring of 2027.
• Request for approval – Hiking Club overnight trip to White Mountains October 3 – 5, 2025 (originally approved for May, 2025 and cancelled due to weather)
• Request for approval of Grade 8 Washington DC trip April 13-16, 2026
• Request for approval of Nature’s Classroom Trips for Oakham Center School/Hardwick Elementary School (Ocean Park, ME, May 26 – 29, 2026); Hubbardston Center School (Charlton, MA Oct. 27 - 31, 2026) and Ruggles Lane School (Yarmouthport, MA May 26 – 29, 2026).
• Motion to appoint Superintendent Colleen Mucha as the Quabbin Regional School District Representative to the keystone Educational Collaborative
• Motion to appoint Superintendent Colleen Mucha as the Quabbin Regional School District Representat6ive to the CAPS Collaborative

10. REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
• To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining. The Committee will return to open session at the conclusion of executive session


11. RATIFICATION OF CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS – a vote will be required
• AFSCME Council 93 Local 425 AFL-CIO Custodial Maintenance contract July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2028
• AFSCME Council 93 Local 2885 AFL-CIO Office Managers contract July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2028
