The following meeting has been scheduled:

Board: Paige Library Trustees
Time: Thursday April 30 @ 6:30 PM EDT
Location: Gilbertville Public Library Meeting Room

Agenda:
This will be a joint meeting between both the Gilbertville Library Board of Directors and the Paige LIbrary Board of Trustees for the purpose of continuing our discussion regarding the potential merger of both institutions. Votes may be taken.

Review and discuss additional information that the Paige Trustees are requesting at this time:
-An independent professional audit
- An official list of all Gilbertville Board Members, noting all Officers
- Information on current building insurance
- A list of all open contracts
- Status of all current finances and stock values
- A list of all current employees
- Any outstanding debts/liabilities

Discuss the warrant article that the Gilbertville Board submitted for upcoming June 6 Annual Town Meeting
