The following meeting has been scheduled:

Board: Hardwick New Braintree Cultural Council

Location: New Braintree Town Hall Select Board's Room

Agenda:
1 Designate roles for council members-President/Co-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary

2) Reimbursement Forms that may need to be signed by council members

3) Should we get a login for the Town of Hardwick website so we can upload meeting notes, meeting agendas, etc.

4) How do we get in touch with both town’s Select Board to tell them we are seeking new members.

5) Should we write a policy/procedure book for future members.

6) Discussion on any other topics/ideas/suggestions
