Agenda:
Old Business
• Review Goddard park plans and accomplishments
• Yearly projects review-go over what has been done at the parks this year. Including but not limited to improvements, vandalism, future improvements, Grant project for memorial park.
• Fundraising opportunities-Town wide yard sale, drive in movie night, snack shed at the old-time baseball game.

New Business
• Fall Events
✓ Set date for town wide yard sale and get required signatures. Plan central location for people on outskirts to set up if they wish. Figure out map planning and cost to participate.
✓ Youth magic show? Could be a fun event for kids close to Halloween.

• Newsletter
✓ We would like to start engaging the community more on social media and possibly by a domain to help people find contact information for all of our youth programming in the area. Our newsletter would operate solely online. Touch base with Jessica Bennett on what program schedules and contacts she has to make her job a little easier.

• Quabbin Pride Day Event
✓ Fundraiser event for ball clubs and parks and recreation to go towards continued improvements to our parks, fields, and recreational programming. More discussion to come on this idea.
