• Goddard Park Garden boxes will need to be relocated
• Reached out to Path Finder for work request for parks but will need to explore alternate options
• Olde Tyme Baseball game quick recap on what went well and what would need to be amended for next year
• Newsletter has been started, will need to gather information from ball clubs, libraries, and local recreational businesses.

Roach Field
• Board of Health regulations for serving food need to be looked into so that our programs and us can continue to utilize Goddard Park
• Plan garden box relocation
• Pick out and order Bocce ball set. (send to Julie)
• Pick out metal sign for rules and library hours
• Touch base with Marty on Playground Equipment relocation

Memorial Park
• Get update from PD on cameras for park

Communications and Outreach
• Delegate information gathering for newsletter by ball clubs, businesses, and libraries/EQLT.

Upcoming Events and Deadlines
• Townwide yard sale?
• Create list of events we would like to apply for grants for and submit applications to the Cultural Council.
