Continuation of First phase objectives of Police Department’s location
1.Observations of last week’s tours sponsored by the police dept.
2.Decide on use of Kevin Landine’s Power Point presentation.
3.Where did we leave discussion on New Braintree questions #1 & #2
4.Question #3 discussion
Consider at least two options to address the policing needs in each of the following categories:
A. BUILD
B. RENOVATE
C. LEASE
D. BUY
E. CONSOLIDATE
During this session we will only attempt to do a “Blue Sky” assessment of possibilities. This exercise serves two purposes:
1.To ensure that every possible option is considered to address potential questions if posed by the public.
2.To allow for an open-minded and insightful thought process and discussion of the pros and cons of the above options.

It Should be noted that discussion on details should remain at the 20000-foot level as more details may be required at a subsequent meeting.
We have asked a representative of Central Mass Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) be available to contribute to the discussions.
