Agenda:
Old Business
• Approve minutes from July 16th meeting and have posted
• Monty Tech application- declined (out of district)
• August 9th garden box relocation at Goddard Park
• Board of Health regulations for serving food need to be looked into so that our programs and us can continue to utilize (Roach Field)

New Business
Facilities and Signage
Roach Field
• Pick ideas to submit from grant money for next year through cultural council. Current ideas include Halloween magic show, e-bike day, drive in movies at the field.
• Submit letter to Worcester Carpenters union to help with fixing up out-buildings used for announcing and snack shed.
Goddard Park
• Pick out metal sign for rules and library hours
• August 9th we will also add bird houses to empty posts and build new basketball hoop?
• Create sign out sheet for new bocce ball set.
• Playground equipment move TBD based on when highway dept can help with moving.

Memorial Park
• Are we going to order new cameras to monitor vandalism?
• Looking for new student to paint the wall ball wall due to current student backing out. Should we consider paying a muralist?

Communications and Outreach
• Delegate information gathering for newsletter by ball clubs, businesses, and libraries/EQLT.

Upcoming Events and Deadlines

• Cultural council grant application deadline is Oct
