Review and Finalize final draft of our Endowment Policy- votes will be taken

Discuss e-mail correspondence received from the former Director of the Gilbertville Library- votes may be taken

Any new business not reasonably anticipated by the chair - votes may be taken

Review and evaluate the job performance of the Library Director. The Board of Trustees, who oversee the position of the Director, are required to conduct a performance review on a yearly basis.
