10:00AM Call to Order

1. Vote to send a letter to the Governor, the Massachusetts Legislature and the MWRA regarding "An Act Relative to the Quabbin Watershed and Regional Equity" and reconfiguration of the PILOT structure for Barre's stewardship of the Quabbin Reservoir.
2. Executive Session
a. Executive session pursuant to MGL c.30A §21(A)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares. In this case Teamsters, Local Police 340, and IAFF.
