To count Early Voting Ballots which were voted and mailed on or before September 6 have been mailed from inside the country and received by 5:00 p.m. on the third day following the election.

NOTE: If all Early Vote By Mail ballots are returned by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, or the voter voted in person at the polling place, this meeting will be unnecessary. Interested parties can call the Town Clerk's office at 413 253-0512 to find out if meeting will be held.
