Pursuant to MGL C. 111, sec. 31 the Pelham Board of Health will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday February 16, 2023 at 4:30PM in the Rhodes Building meeting room, 351 Amherst Road, Pelham to amend/revise their regulations pertaining to the construction and certification of private drinking water wells within the Town of Pelham and to annul their current Board of Health septic system regulations. Copies of the proposed private drinking water well regulations can be obtained at the Rhodes Building 351 Amherst Road and on-line at https://www.townofpelham.org/board-health All interested parties are encouraged to participate.
