Hello Yatris, 

Hope you all are doing great! 

WorldSkills India is an initiative of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. NSDC, through its WorldSkills India initiative, has been leading the country's participation at WorldSkills International competitions since 2011.

"The WorldSkills Competition occurs every two years and is the biggest vocational education and skills excellence event in the world that truly reflects global industry. The Competitors represent the best of their peers and are selected from skills competitions in WorldSkills Member countries and regions.

India participates in 27 skills out of 49 skills mentioned on the Worldskills website. In 2017, the competition will happen in Abu Dhabi and we are looking for candidates who can represent India in Abu Dhabi. At the moment, we are short listing the schools, universities, training centers, colleges, Organizations, Companies where we can conduct the regional selection competitions and get the best of the talent from India. 

I am attaching a list of all the skills in which India participates and if you think, your institute has a connect or have competency, we would love to come to your institute and host the regional selections for Abu Dhabi. 

Please write to me, if you feel your college or organization can participate in the world biggest skill competition. You can reach out to me at nihal....@nsdcindia.org.
