INGREDIENTS:
500 g minced chicken
1 tbsp melted butter
2 egg yolks
40 g cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
salt
oil or butter for shallow frying
METHOD:
Place chicken, melted butter, egg yolks, cheese, milk and salt in
large bowl. Mix well.
With clean hands roll mixture into balls, flatten slightly and coat
with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil or butter in pan. Carefully brown both sides of the
patties. Drain on paper towel.
Serve with sour cream and cooked mushrooms.
