My Maps not working on mobile devies

Dear Google, 

My name is Travis, and I'm supervisor over the meter readers at Municipal Operations & Co. We've been using My Maps to track and keep a location point of all commercial meters. It has been functioning flawlessly, until now. Overall, we've poured about 20 hours into logging all of our commercial meters into district-based maps, and have kept it up to date with location of meter, address of account, and serial number. Is there an estimated time of app fix? If not, I need to know so we can start looking for another app to transfer all our data. This app has been ground breaking in this company as far as data tracking pertaining to districts. Please email back ASAP. Thanks

Try opening the "regular" Google Maps aplication. I found all of the maps I created hidden there under the menu (three horizontal lines at the left of the search bar at top). Be aure toure logged into maps with the same gmail accound that your custom maps were created under. Click on "my places" and see if you find your maps there.
