EVERYBODY start sending screen shots of non working app to custom...@confirmation.nissanconnectservices.com and let them know how dissatisfied you are. Also tell them since they can't get it right maybe they should subcontract to Tobias. Then they would only have to talk with one person and the app would actually work noticeably better.
