to My Leaf; a third party NissanConnect app
In the last few months I have a strange behaviour of NissanConnect Services (probably is more related to the car infotaitment system).

If the car is charging (or doing nothing, is the same) I can have status update (like actual SOC) only if I ask for an update at least every one hour max. If I don't do that and this sort of time interval expires, I was not able to have any other update until I switch on the car again.

It looks like the communication system goes in some sort of idle state and don't connect any more to the Nissan Server.

If I do an update at least once every hour I can ask for an update when I want and the car answer around in 12-15 seconds.

What I ask is if it could be possible to add to your application a sort of timer based update (where I can setup of often I like to automatically update, every 30 min, every 1 hour) so this can solve the issue.

I contact Nissan about this problem, but I don't have any real solution.

I'm using iPhone version.

Thanks

Luca
