Official App stops working

I have a Nissan Leaf, registered March 2018, which I've owned since June 2021. The data collection on the official app has been really useful so I was very disappointed that it stopped on Feb 28. Today I installed My Leaf. The car is currently on charge. I can show the monthly stats for Feb 2022.
  • Although today is Saturday, the Daily Stats show data for Sunday, but which Sunday?
  • The spinning arrow at the top right of the app keeps on spinning - why is that?
  • The Battery SOC shows 0% - this is the same as the official app during a charge event so I guess the data is not available until the charge has finished.
  • The three charging times show zero hours - might be the same reason as Battery SOC
Looking forward to using My Leaf.

Thanks for writing!

This sounds like either an issue with your vehicle or your NissanConnect account.

If the official app does not work My Leaf won't either. That explains your points. I won't go into details regarding your points because of that.

I would investigate whether your vehicle has issues with its modem. Could be a faulty modem/SIM card causing your vehicle to have no network coverage. You should be able to confirm this in the infotainment system. There should be an icon indicating network coverage/connection quality.

I would begin there.

I have a 2018 Leaf in the UK and the Nissan servers have been terrible the last few days. Same problems as the OP. Spinning arrow, 0% SOC, Daily Statistics all showing 0 but with the addition of Monthly Statistics showing 0. It started working again on Sunday but now since Monday it's showing Statistics but the SOC isn't updating from the last time it was read successfully. It spins for a bit but doesn't actually update. I think it's just Nissans servers being shocking. I've had an open ticket with them for weeks because the section that shows battery levels, cabin heating controls etc has been missing from the website.
