Hello,
Is there any was to recover the password? seems that the one I saved is wrong!

[My experience is with the Nissan UK
infrastructure - I am assuming this will basically work for other
locales]
If you go to your local Nissan website - for me https://www.nissan.co.uk/ - and find the link to login into their online service (You+Nissan - might be called other things elsewhere - for UK site this on the "hamburger" menu), that takes you to a web login page.
On that page there is "Forgotten your password?" link
