Job Description

To have a complete control of the Continental Kitchen or Pantry.
Should have sufficient knowledge of menu, cost control, planning, and
manning. Introduction of modern equipment, meeting guest and handling
guest complaint.

Desired Candidate Profile
Age - below 35 years. Qualification - 3 yrs. Dip / Degree in Hotel
Management. Experience between 8-10 yrs. Holding a position of Chef de
partie in a star hotel.
