I want to participate in an online poker tournament. I am a regular player and play from time to time, but there is a desire to try myself at the distance. Read that tournaments differ from regular cash tables and require a different strategy. But what? Someone writes that you should play strictly, someone - that aggressively. I’m a little confused. Maybe who will explain in simple words how to adjust correctly? Does it make sense to use bonuses before the tournament?

You can see a good breakdown here in the "poker tournament strategy" section. There are explained the basic approaches to the different stages of the tournament: early, middle, final. At the beginning usually play harder, then you can add aggression. Also about bonuses: often give Flispins or cashback, for example 100 FS or 20% return. All this can help, but it is important to understand how to use the bonus codes. First select the bonus, then register, enter the code and check the conditions. Some bonuses work automatically. If you want less risk, a cashback is the easiest option. But always read the rules: whether bonus money can be used for tournaments.
