Today I was talking to a friend who is introducing new digital tools into his construction company. He said that he is looking at the tokenization of equipment and materials to better track where it is and who it is given. Sounds unusual. Now I’m thinking, does it really help, or is it more about fashion technology? Maybe who has experienced such experiments?

Perhaps in a few years, this technology will become standard and we will remember how everything was done by hand. It is interesting to follow such discussions, even without a deep dive.

I was studying a similar case when trying to optimize processes in my small logistics company. For me, the discovery was that tokenization is not only about investments, but also about asset structure. This website is well designed, how to analyze the business model and select a suitable framework. I tried to partially digitize some positions - it became much easier to track the movement of equipment. So the idea worked.
