Eating disorders are one of very fatal diseases. They can be killing,
if not treated in time. These illnesses are often accompanied by the
mental instabilities. These are root cause of distorted self image or
not accepting the way oneself is. Often the sufferers are dis-
satisfied by the way they look or they are. They are on constant
attempts to change the outlook. For achieving that right kind of look
they go on crash diets to lose weight or follow rigid exercise
regimen. These people very often end up being sick due to malnutrition
or die due to eating less. Eating disorders have the highest mortality
rate in comparison to other disorders such as mental disorder or
physical disorder.

There are various types of eating disorders. Some of which include
eating less or eating nothing at all, some have over- indulgence and
then to get over the guilt, involves purging. The latter category is
called Bulimia Nervosa. It involves excessive eating , followed by a
lead to guilt of gaining weight due to this binge. Then the person
