Role: Technical Program Manager with Agile and Kanban Exp 

Location: Stockton, GA(Hybrid )

• 18+ years of program management experience in software, cloud, platform, or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong technical background with the ability to deeply understand architectural and engineering concepts.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge across engineering, product, operations, security, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate architectural requirements, technical constraints, and system dependencies into actionable requirements.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale programs involving distributed systems, cloud platforms, or infrastructure. Lead end-to-end delivery of highly complex, multi-year technical programs spanning multiple teams, domains, and dependencies.
• Establish program vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics; ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Define program plans, resource requirements, milestones, budgets, and risk frameworks.
• Expertise in Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive-level reporting skills Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations.
• Conduct design and solution reviews; challenge assumptions and strengthen program technical strategy.
• Influence senior leaders and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders across the organization.
