We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer specializing in Generative AI to join our dynamic team at TTSL Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and Gen AI architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design and develop scalable software solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies.
• Architect and implement AI systems that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and integrate relevant technologies into existing systems.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

 

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in AI and Generative AI architecture.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline development.
• Experience in working with large datasets and big data technologies.
• Understanding of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of relevant experience in software development with a focus on AI technologies.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.
