Role:  Project Manager  with ECM and CCM

Location: New York (Hybrid) or Remote

 Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Project Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Project Management, Agile methodologies, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Customer Communication Management (CCM). This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with client needs.
• Implement and maintain ECM and CCM best practices to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong Project Management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems and practices.
• Familiarity with Customer Communication Management (CCM) tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner).
• Experience in managing projects in a client-facing environment.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Project Management or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
